RETURNS POLICY

Obviously  at B*dazzled we hope that all our  customers are happy with their purchases, however in the unlikely event that you  are unhappy with your order all goods must be returned within  14 days  from date of delivery.  All goods must be  complete and  in new condition.  PLEASE NOTE.  FOR HYGENE PURPOSES ANY PIERCED  JEWELLERY  MAY NOT BE RETURNED.  This  does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event that you need to return an item please ensure that you take the following steps;

1.  Contact  B*dazzled  either by email or telephone  quoting  your name ,address,   and  the reference number of the item/s purchased, together with the date of purchase.
    
2.  You will then be given a reference number to quote for the return, and  be asked to return your purchase to  B*dazzled .

3.  Your account will be refunded as soon as the goods arrive  back with b*dazzled . Please note that your return postage will not be refunded.
